my room was a nice size and well-equipped and included central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel tv. had a very good breakfast.

We stayed at Rua Frati 48 In San Francesco and had a fantastic experience. The staff was superior and assisted us with any situations we encountered. They truly cared about the guests and were incredibly accommodating. The showers were sensational and the shampoos of very fine quality. The linens were top-notch and the beds were superior in comfort. The rooms were quiet and the breakfast offered a marvelous selection, including fantastic coffee and a variety of meats. The property is also well located near everything in the area.

I chose Rua Frati 48 In San Francesco Hotel for its convenient location near the Museums of the Modena Cathedral. The staff at the 24-hour front desk pleasantly surprised me with their ability to speak multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, and Italian. I enjoyed the excellent seafood menu offered at the restaurant, which provided a unique dining experience for guests.

The shower door in the room's jetted shower could use a better seal, as it resulted in a wet bathroom floor. despite expecting a hot tub in the spa/wellness area, I could only find a sauna/steam room and a small gym.

Clean hotel, liked to be close enough to the restaurant thanks to marvellous location. The room was extremely spacious with comfortable bed, we had a good rest...

Modern and huge room with nice bathroom and hypo-allergenic pillows. Particularly good and great location in Circoscrizione 1 district short walk to the restaurant and the food of Modena.

We had a great, romantic getaway and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the quality of the breakfast meats and coffee, and loved the fact that the hotel was within walking distance of key locations. The parking was also convenient and easy to access.

The AC didn't work very well and the rooms were often too warm. We also found the bed to be quite hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult for us to sleep well at night.

The air-conditioned rooms have free WiFi and a private bathroom, making the stay comfortable. They also have 24-hour room service and private hot tubs, which are just luxurious! The bedding and pillow options are top notch, making it so cozy and relaxing. As a young traveler, I really loved all these features!

One thing I personally didn't enjoy as much was the air conditioning. It might be just me, but I found it a bit too cold at times.

Spending Easter here was a great decision. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of foods to choose from. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the best restaurant in the area. The room was spacious and clean. the parking service was convenient and easy to use. It was great to have someone park the car for us, especially during the busy Easter weekend.

Our room faced a busy, noisy street which made it difficult to sleep at night. the air conditioning was not as effective as we would have liked, resulting in a hot room during our stay.

The indoor swimming pool and steam room were highlights of the Spa, and the massage services left us feeling pampered and relaxed. The friendly and attentive staff made sure our every need was met, and the in-room breakfast was a delight. When it comes to location, the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the historic centre and local restaurants.

While our stay at this hotel was fabulous, there was one minor issue. The Sauna lacked a proper seal, which resulted in a wet bathroom floor after using the jetted shower.

The staff was outstandingly nice. They were very knowledgeable of the area, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very convenient location, just a few minutes away from the city center and a famous restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was okay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
